Room Cleaning: Room entrances in our hotel are completely independent. So you don't have to worry about using common indoor areas. Towels and bedding sets you will use in your room are washed and ironed at 80 degrees. The rooms are prepared for you in a disinfected and ventilated way with certified products and devices before your use.

Common Areas: Our terraces overlooking Güvercinlik Valley offer you special large areas far above the social distance rules. The areas on our four different terraces are waiting for you either for breakfast or for dinner. We bring the food and drink you want from our menu to your room with our free room service.

We regularly disinfect frequently used surfaces (tables, chairs, stair rails, door handles, etc.). The indoor area of our Ardıç Restaurant is arranged in accordance with social distance rules. We serve in accordance with the conditions set by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Personnel Hygiene: Our colleagues regularly go through detailed health checks. All of our personnel have hygiene certificate. Our housekeepers use new masks, gloves and protective aprons for every room cleaning. The hygiene materials used are disposed of within the framework of the waste management plan. Our kitchen staff continue their work by using masks, hygienic aprons and gloves after their disinfection. Your orders are delivered to you by our service team using masks, gloves and transparent visors. We carefully follow the implementation of all these measures we have taken.
